The sleeping cottage is equipped with electric heating and a refrigerator, and an outdoor dry toilet serves this building as there is no indoor toilet facility within it. The separate lakeside sauna, also available year-round and renovated in 2025, is fitted with a wood-burning stove and includes a dressing room. As there is no running water in the sauna, water must be carried to the building, sourced from the lake during summer and from the main cottage during winter, and is heated using the stove's integrated heater tank. The sauna also features a separate sleeping area accessible directly from the terrace, containing a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 2 wardrobes. The cabin includes a living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The loft has another double bed and two additional single beds. The sun shines on the cabin from morning to evening, and the spacious terrace is perfect for admiring sunsets and grilling.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (without doors in between), one with two double beds and the other with two single beds, as well as a balcony. Please note that all sleeping arrangements are located upstairs.
The water comes from the well all the way inside, but since the well water is not tested every year, it is not recommended for drinking water. The owner supplies customers with drinking water separately before each reservation.
