The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm each, though it does not include a wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a french bed measuring 135 cm, along with electric shutters. The third bedroom contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm each. The bathroom is configured as a shower with WC, and a separate WC is also available within the apartment.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
