Groups of teenagers are accommodated on request only and must be arranged in advance. The first bedroom measures 10 m2 and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom, also 10 m2, offers 1 double bed of 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, likewise opening onto the terrace. The third bedroom measures 10 m2 and features 1 double bed of 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with terrace access. The fourth and largest bedroom spans 20 m2 and is equipped with 2 single beds of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a private shower and WC, and its own exit to the terrace. The villa also includes a well-appointed kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
