On the ground floor, a spacious 40 m2 living room welcomes you with a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. 1 bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the terrace. The dining room, equally equipped with air conditioning, provides another exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first of these features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a flat-screen satellite TV, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom is also furnished with 1 french bed of the same dimensions and opens onto the balcony.
