The ground floor also includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, as well as a shower room with bidet and WC. On the upper floor, an entrance hall provides additional sleeping space with a sofabed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. The second bedroom on this level is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from its own private shower room with bidet and WC, along with a direct exit to the terrace. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
