The cottage features a living room-kitchen equipped with a foldable sofa bed for 2, 2 separate bedrooms each furnished with 2 beds, a dedicated dining area, a toilet, a washroom, and a traditional sauna with an electric stove. Guests benefit from a reliable Wifi connection at 8 MB, ensuring connectivity throughout the stay. Heating is provided by an air source heat pump, keeping the interior comfortable across all seasons.

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside cottage invite you to fully immerse yourself in the natural surroundings of the Finnish countryside. The property sits just 10 m from Lake Haukjärvi, a scenic lake stretching 1 km in length and 0.35 km in width, featuring a hard, sandy bottom that deepens quite quickly from the shore. A private pier and a rowing boat are available for your use, offering direct access to the calm waters of the lake. The grounds include a campfire site, perfect for evening gatherings under the open sky, as well as a selection of outdoor toys and yard games to enjoy during the day. An electric smoker is also available upon prior request, adding a delightful option for outdoor cooking and entertaining. A wood-burning hot tub is available at an extra fee and can be used from 1 May through 30 October each year. The owner will fill the hot tub prior to your reservation and clean it upon departure, while warming and emptying of the hot tub during your stay is the responsibility of the client.
