A fully equipped open kitchen serves the living area, and the floor is completed by a shower room with WC as well as a separate WC, providing 2 distinct bathroom facilities for guests on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each spanning 20 m2 and each with its own private shower room with WC. The first of these rooms is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also includes a kitchen corner and a flat screen satellite TV, along with direct access to the terrace. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
