"Lou Pitatas Marmottons" is a charming 3-room terraced house spanning 44 m2 across 2 levels, designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room complete with a dining table, which opens directly onto a 7 m2 terrace offering a very beautiful view of the mountains. The ground floor also features an open kitchen and a separate WC. On the upper floor, the sleeping arrangements are distributed across 2 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove, all characterized by sloping ceilings that lend the space a cozy alpine atmosphere. The first bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A sleeping alcove on the same floor provides an additional bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is completed by a combined bathroom and WC serving all sleeping areas.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
