The Generalife of Granada is a palace and series of large gardens that was built in the 13th century during the reign of Muhammad III (1302–1309) and remodelled and added to several times over the centuries. Positioned on the slopes of the Hill of the Sun, or Cerro del Sol, the whole estate offers amazing panoramic views over the city below. It was the summer palace and country estate of the Nasrid rulers of the Emirate of Granada in Al-Andalus but is thought to have originally been an architect's house that later passed to the royal family and remodelled accordingly. One of the translations of the name is actually “garden of the architect”, though there are multiple interpretations and theories.

You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans over two levels and covers an area of 80 square meters. The property underwent a complete renovation in 2018, ensuring a comfortable and tastefully furnished living experience. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table and a digital TV for your entertainment. There are two small double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Additionally, there is a room with a pull-out bed suitable for one person, measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine.
