Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans over two levels and covers an area of 80 square meters. The property underwent a complete renovation in 2018, ensuring a comfortable and tastefully furnished living experience. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table and a digital TV for your entertainment. There are two small double bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Additionally, there is a room with a pull-out bed suitable for one person, measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine.

The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You will have access to a shower/WC, washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is provided for your convenience.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
