La vue est très belle, l'emplacement est bien si on apprécie le bruit.
En revanche, le rapport qualité prix de l'appartement n'est pas à la hauteur.
Nous avons loué pour 6, et nous n'avons trouvé que 5 literies. En urgence, l'agence INTERHOME nous a fourni un lit d'appoint. l'agence INTERHOME est trés bien et nous a bien aidé durant le séjour.
la pièce de vie est trés bien, mais attention pas de volet et des rideaux cassés, donc beaucoup de luminosité pour dormir. La chambre donnant sur le port est trés belle, bien sur bruyante, mais avec la clim nous pouvions fermer la fenêtre. Non, le souci ce sont les pièces donnant sur un trou de lumière en interieur ! les deux petites chambres avaient une fenêtre donnant sur un puit de lumière en face, face à face avec les voisins (à peu près 4 mètres de distance. donc beaucoup de bruit, de lumière à chaque fois que les voisins allumaient dans la cuisine, des odeurs et pas d'air. Et la cerise sur le gateau, c'est le bruit de l'ascenseur donnant dans ce trou de lumière. Etonnante architecture.
