The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and is thoughtfully arranged to offer comfortable sleeping arrangements across its spaces. The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 1 x 130 cm with a length of 190 cm, providing a welcoming and versatile space for relaxation and meals. A small room is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 1 x 140 cm with a length of 190 cm. An additional small room, located without a window, contains 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin. Throughout the apartment, parquet floors add a warm and elegant touch, and the north-facing orientation offers views of the mountains and the valley.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
