A dedicated alcove, separated from the main living space by a curtain, houses 1 set of bunk beds with dimensions of 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a private sleeping nook for 2 additional guests. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are distributed across open-plan spaces including the alcove. The studio features a kitchenette equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom completes the interior layout. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
