The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering a well-balanced and thoughtfully arranged living space. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious open living and sleeping area featuring a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the lake, the mountains, and the surrounding countryside. This room is furnished with a sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is a double room equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and it also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The second bedroom similarly features 1 double bed of the same configuration, 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and includes a hand-basin. The bathroom is a combined bath and WC facility serving the entire apartment. A small but well-equipped kitchen completes the layout, fitted with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo PADS capsules, which are available as an extra. The south and west-facing balcony of 9 m2 is furnished with balcony furniture and offers a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, and the countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
