"Casablanca EG" is a 2-room vacation rental apartment of 44 m2 situated on the ground floor, offering a south-west facing position with a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, and the countryside. The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of 4 guests, specifically 2 adults and 2 children, and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The living area is bright and comfortably furnished, comprising an open living and sleeping room with a panoramic window and 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a dining table. This room provides direct access to the terrace. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed consisting of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and it also offers a direct exit to the terrace. A small kitchen is located in the entrance area and is fitted with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates and an electric coffee machine compatible with Senseo pads, which are available as an extra. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

The apartment is well-equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For outdoor living, a private patio in the form of a furnished terrace is available, complete with terrace furniture, 2 deck chairs, and a barbecue, making it ideal for relaxing while taking in the panoramic views. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
