From the living area, you have direct access to both the terrace and the patio, seamlessly connecting the interior to the outdoor spaces. The 1st bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complemented by its own flat screen television. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also equipped with a flat screen television, and benefits from direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom is complete and accompanied by a separate WC. Outdoor living is generously catered for with a south-facing terrace of 13 m2 that is partly roofed, a smaller roofed terrace of 4 m2 with a north-facing position, and a south-facing patio of 46 m2, all furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
