"Mirabeau 8" is a beautifully appointed 6-room chalet spanning 105 m2 across 2 levels, with an east-facing position that offers very beautiful views of the mountains and the valley. Partly featuring sloping ceilings and partly renovated in 2024, the chalet combines comfortable and beautiful furnishings with a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. It accommodates a maximum capacity of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads into a small living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, and a hi-fi system, as well as a separate living room with cable TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living spaces. A children's room on this level features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. From this level, you have direct access to the garden and to the east-facing terrace.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 additional rooms. The first room features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the east-facing balcony. The second room is a small room with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third room offers 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with access to the east-facing balcony. A second shower room with WC serves the upper floor.

The chalet is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchen is outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided for a true alpine dining experience. For laundry needs, a washing machine and a dryer are available within the property.

The living spaces benefit from a television with cable connection in both the living and dining room and the separate living room, alongside a hi-fi system for your entertainment. The open-hearth fireplace in the living and dining room adds warmth and character to the interior. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
