The property benefits from a shared yard spanning 1,350 m2, which includes a well-maintained garden of 450 m2 featuring a 300 m2 lawn adorned with flowers, offering ample space for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Internet Wifi connectivity ensures you remain comfortably connected during your stay. Inside the house, guests have access to a billiard table, a table football, a storage room for bicycles, and a central heating system. Please be aware that the neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and quietness along with good behaviour is expected from all guests throughout the duration of the stay. The owner does not accept youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible directly at the holiday house. A self-service bar is located in the neighbouring house and is available for your convenience. The recreation room and sauna situated within the house are shared amenities also accessible to guests from the other 2 houses on the property, with sauna use available at an extra charge. The property is equipped with a central heating system to ensure warmth and comfort during cooler periods. A car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area and to access nearby services and attractions with ease.
