The property features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, each thoughtfully distributed across the ground floor and upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the ground floor, a large living room with natural stone floors serves as the heart of the home, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere with rustic yet tasteful furnishings. This space opens directly onto the terrace. An open dining room, also with terrace access, provides an elegant setting for shared meals. A separate living room with a dining table and kitchen corner adds further flexibility to the layout. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed (140 cm) and is served by a private bathroom with bath and WC. A large kitchen, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 7 gas rings, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, includes a small dining table and a separate exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, 1 bedroom features a dressing room, 1 French bed, and a private shower and WC. 1 further bedroom is furnished with 2 beds and benefits from its own shower and WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms on this floor each contain 1 French bed and are each served by a private shower and WC. Please be aware that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, in a separate annex with no internal connecting door between the 2 properties. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are in residence, the annex will not be available for use, and not all bedrooms will be made available.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental and are to be arranged independently by guests. The property operates as a strictly non-smoking house throughout all interior spaces. As noted, there is no internal connecting door between the main property and the separate annex, and when the number of guests is fewer than the maximum capacity of 10, the annex will remain unavailable for use and access to all bedrooms will be restricted accordingly. Natural stone floors feature throughout the property, adding to its rustic and characterful aesthetic.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
