A shower room with WC is also located on this level, along with direct access to the terrace.

On the first upper floor, an entrance hall leads to 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed. A second shower room with WC serves this floor. On the second upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms feature sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 180 to 300 cm. The first of these rooms is fitted with 1 double bed, while the second is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a television. The property also benefits from 2 covered terraces, offering comfortable outdoor space across the upper levels.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
