On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a flat screen satellite TV and air conditioning. Adjacent to this space is 1 bedroom equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a private shower and WC. The ground floor also features an open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, as well as an additional shower and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers a second living and dining area with 2 sofabeds, a flat screen satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the balcony. This level includes 3 bedrooms: 1 room with 1 double bed and access to the balcony, and 2 further rooms each furnished with 1 double bed. The upper floor also features an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
