The ground floor features a studio with 1 double bed, a dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower room with WC and direct access to one of the property's 3 terraces, some of which are partly covered and furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, all enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, offers a living and dining room with access to a terrace, along with 2 bedrooms each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen on this level is equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC and a separate WC complete this floor.

The second upper floor, also reached by an exterior staircase, mirrors a similar layout with a living and dining room opening onto a terrace, and 2 additional bedrooms each featuring 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm by 200 cm. The open kitchen on this level includes a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
