From this space, you have direct access to one of the 2 covered terraces, each measuring 11 m2. The ground floor also includes 2 bedrooms: the first is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and benefits from air conditioning, while the second features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. An open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and a shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a second shower room with WC. The first upper-floor bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, has air conditioning, and offers access to the second covered terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
