The ground floor also includes 2 bedrooms: the first is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and benefits from air conditioning, while the second features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. An open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped, and a shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a second shower room with WC. The first upper-floor bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, has air conditioning, and offers access to the second covered terrace.
