On the ground floor, the property opens into a welcoming living and dining area, alongside 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double bed, its own shower/WC, and direct access to the terrace. Please be aware that this bedroom is accessible only via the terrace and is situated outside the main apartment area. An open kitchen on the same level is fully equipped with 2 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate shower/WC is also available on this floor for additional convenience.

The upper floor features an entrance hall and 3 further bedrooms. The first room is fitted with 1 sofabed and 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second room contains 1 French bed of the same dimensions (180 cm wide, 200 cm in length). The third upper-floor bedroom is furnished with 2 beds.
