Al Fanucchi is a lovely vacation rental (240 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with four bathrooms. Conveniently located 1 km (3379 ft) from San Ginese, Italy and only 14 km (9 mi) from Lucca.

What to Expect
The structure of the house develops on three different floors allowing two families to holiday together while retaining their separate spaces. For any assistance required guests can address the helpful owners who live on the same estate. They share the entrance gate and parking area with the guests of Al Fanucchi but in no way interfere with their privacy.
After arriving you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished balcony is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Tuscan weather.

We enjoyed a wonderful time in the villa. The view is spectacular and the children loved playing in the large pool. The owners were very helpful and brought us pastries upon our arrival and supplied us with fresh lemons from their garden. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon!

Our stay at Al Fanucchi was very good. The house was clean and everything was there for us to us. The pool was first rate and our children "lived" in the pool while we were at the house. The owner cleaned the pool every morning which kept it neat and clean.

This property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for 2 families (4 each). The grounds are exceptionally well planted and maintained and the pool area was very welcoming. The owners lived next door and were very unobtusive but available to help with any minor concerns or questions. We would return to this villa and hope to in the future.

What a wonderful place! It was the perfect setting for celebrating my 50th with friends. The beautiful pool was appreciated by all, as the best way to cool down after hot days. The scenery - fabulous. We found a local car company based in Lucca who happily had a vehicle to drive us all on daily outings (e.g. Pisa, wineries) and they were great - always on time. Evening walks down to La Cantina for dinner - where everyone was so friendly to "the crazy Aussies" - will always be a fond memory.

Al Fanucchi is a very comfortable villa with beautiful garden and excellent view.
The owners, who live nearby, were extremely discreet. Villa`s position was also very convenient (close to the highway). We especially enjoyed the maid service, which was the cherry on a cake. Eve L., Estonia

We arrived at this beautiful holiday home and found that it was even better than the pictures. we wanted a quiet and relaxing holiday for our family of 9 and Al Fanucchi was more than we could imagine. It accommodated all of us very comfortably and it was an excellent location to visit the various sites you may want to visit in Tuscany. It was exceptionally clean and tidy and kept this way with the help of the Maid who came 2 x each week.
The owners greeted us and were exceptionally friendly and most helpful if needed - they did not impose on our holiday.
We were very sad to leave and would highly recommend Al Fanucchi for relaxing holiday - with the capabilty of seeing the sites.
5* from all of us - which included teenagers.

We found our way easy to the house following the description. The house and it's surroundings were very lovely and we felt immediatly at home. The house and pool are very clean and the owners (live next door) are very friendly and helpful. It's a strong recommendation for all those who want to enjoy a relaxed chill out holiday in tuscany.

Beautiful villa and wonderful hosts. Better than the pictures. Great view of valley below and hill top church. Quiet, relaxing, wonderful large pool, extremely spacious and very well cared for. Only 5 min to Autostrada. Perfect for visits to Lucca, Pisa, and Firenze if you can drag yourself away from the pool!

We celebrated my retirement and 60th birthday in this beautiful villa with our children and grandchild. We had a marvellous time and I would recommend it without hesitation.The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet close to restaurants and sights. The owners live next door, but were only seen if we had a query.The pool is lovely and everything is provided for. The layout of the rooms allowed privacy . The bathrooms are of a high standard

Al Fanucchi exceeded our expectations. It is the perfect place for a large family, a group (we were four couples). The residence has everything we were looking for and then some--a fully equipped kitchen which we used extensively, all the bedrooms and baths were comfortable, the living room which served as a dance floor and the upstairs TV/reading room. But the best was the patio overlooking the valley and hilltop town with al fresco dining, BBQ, and comfy chairs for reading and sipping. The pool was an absolute delight, especially after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We all thought the location was perfect--easy to get to Lucca and the surrounding wineries and a reasonable drive to Pisa, Cinque Terra, San Gimignano and Volterra, and Modena. We look forward to coming back.
