The "Seekarspitz" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 46 m2, situated on the 1st floor and designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The apartment is described as spacious and bright, featuring warm wooden furniture throughout that lends the interior a welcoming alpine character. The sleeping accommodation is arranged across 2 double bedrooms, each offering a comfortable double bed setup. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The kitchen and living room are combined into one open and functional space, complete with a dining nook, and provide direct access to the south-facing balcony, which offers very beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. A second exit to the balcony is also available, allowing natural light and fresh air to flow freely through the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen area features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a dishwasher, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Heating is available throughout the apartment, ensuring a warm and cosy atmosphere regardless of the season. The private patio space takes the form of a south-facing balcony furnished with outdoor balcony furniture, making it an ideal spot to relax and take in the panoramic mountain and countryside scenery. A barbecue facility is also included among the amenities. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
