The apartment also includes 1 double bedroom, bringing the total to 2 dedicated bedrooms across the unit. The bathroom is fitted with a corner bath and WC, accounting for 1 bathroom in total. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that the bed layout is flexible, and there are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of guests allowed, which may however not be exceeded.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
