From here, you have direct access to a 20 m2 balcony, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The 1 double bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, offering a private and comfortable retreat. The remaining 3 bedrooms each contain 1 single bed and 1 double bed, along with a flat-screen satellite TV, making them well-suited for guests of varying group compositions. The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to a second balcony exit, adding to the sense of space and light. The bathroom facilities consist of 2 shower rooms with WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin, ensuring comfort and practicality for larger groups. The property also benefits from underfloor heating throughout. An additional outdoor terrace of 15 m2 complements the balcony, providing ample space for outdoor living. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
