The "Eberharter" is a spacious 7-room vacation rental spanning 150 m2 across 2 levels, designed to accommodate up to 13 guests across 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with cosy furnishings and warm wooden furniture throughout.

On the upper floor, you will find a welcoming living room featuring a dining table, satellite TV, DVD player, and a charming tiled stove. This level includes 1 double bedroom, as well as 1 room equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. The fully appointed kitchen on this floor comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, alongside a dining table. The bathroom facilities on this level consist of a bath with WC, a separate WC, and a double hand-basin.

On the 2nd upper floor, you will discover 2 additional rooms, each furnished with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, along with direct access to the balcony. A small room with sloping ceilings offers 1 french bed, making it a characterful and intimate sleeping space. This floor also features its own kitchen and living room area equipped with 4 hotplates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and a separate WC. Carpet flooring adds warmth and comfort throughout this floor. Please be aware that one double bedroom is located outside the apartment, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
