"Eberharter" is a 4-room apartment of 75 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The interior is characterized by cosy furnishings with warm wooden furniture throughout, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The first bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, while the second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A third, smaller room with charming sloping ceilings offers 1 french bed, making it a particularly intimate space. Please be aware that one double bedroom is located outside the apartment. The kitchen and living room are combined into a single convivial space, complete with a dining table and access to satellite television and a DVD player. From the apartment, you have direct access to a 10 m2 balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC, and the floors are finished with carpet throughout the living areas.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.
