The ground floor features a dining room and a shower with WC. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, is home to the main living and dining area, which includes 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, making it a versatile space that can accommodate additional guests. This level also houses 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, providing generous sleeping comfort throughout. The upper floor further includes a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 2. A balcony is accessible directly from the upper floor living area, and the property also benefits from a roofed terrace, both furnished with terrace and balcony furniture as well as deck chairs for outdoor relaxation.

We vstayed in Palma with four adults and one child (2,5 years). It is a beautiful house, excellent location, nice garden, sufficient parking space and superb pool with four nice stretchers. The big balcony upstairs was our favorite spot. The living area is completely upstairs. Palma is -to our opinion- not suited for 8 people. One bathroom is located downstairs, conveniently close to the pool, but has no warm water and is not practicle in use when living upstairs. The utensils are simple and effective, but not for 8 people. The refrigerator is small and has no freezing compartment. The downstairs located bar (see picture) was closed and not available. The owners live next door and are very friendly and respect your privacy. The communication is difficult. We asked via EasyReserve for a baby bed, which was agreed upon (for €5/day !!) but was not available. Luckily we could by one ourselves and we did not have to pay the €5 /day. There are multiple good sitting areas downstairs, one of them with the BBQ closeby. As a small improvement we recommend to put some lighting above them so they can be used during darkness. Pula, Porec, Rovinj, Brijuni island and Motovun are worthwhile a visit.
