On the ground floor, you will find a bright and comfortable living and dining room furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. The ground floor also features an open kitchen fully equipped for your convenience, as well as a shower and WC, making up the property's 1 bathroom. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, includes an entrance hall and houses the 2 bedrooms: 1 room fitted with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 double bed, offering a versatile sleeping arrangement to suit different group compositions.

This vacation rental is thoughtfully equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
