A shower and WC are also located on this level. On the first floor, accessible via a steep staircase, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to 1 room with 1 double bed.
The second terraced house similarly offers a living and dining area on the ground floor, featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, satellite TV, and an open kitchen with the same appliances as the first unit. On the first floor, also accessible via a steep staircase, an entrance hall with air conditioning leads to 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds and 1 room with 1 double bed. A shower and WC serve this upper floor.

"Pinia I+II" is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly requested to respect this house rule for the comfort of all occupants. The private pool mentioned in the property description is reserved exclusively for the use of guests staying at this unit. As noted, the 2 terraced houses that form this rental share no internal connecting door, meaning movement between the 2 properties requires passing through the exterior. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
