On the lower ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area centred around an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative focal point, along with a dining table and satellite TV. This level also includes 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, and freezer, as well as a small dining table for informal meals. A shower room with bidet and WC completes this floor. Direct access from the living area leads out to the terrace, where you can enjoy marvellous views of the sea and the resort.
