The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, featuring a dining table and a television, and opens directly onto a partly roofed terrace through a dedicated exit. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed and benefits from its own shower and WC, as well as a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and similarly features a shower and WC along with direct terrace access. The kitchenette is practical and well-appointed, offering everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays.

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, 4 gas rings, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing all the essentials for preparing meals with ease. Climate comfort is well catered for, with air conditioning available throughout the property as well as an electric heater in the living and dining room, ensuring warmth during cooler periods. A television is provided in the living area for entertainment. The partly roofed terrace comes furnished with terrace furniture, creating a pleasant outdoor space for relaxation. A washing machine is also available for guests' use.

The bungalow is offered by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI. The property operates a strict non-smoking policy, and guests are kindly asked to respect this rule throughout their stay. For the safety and peace of mind of all guests, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
