"Cala di Sole" is a charming 3-room bungalow of 35 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and sleeping area serves as the heart of the property, featuring a sofabed for additional guests, a dining table, and direct access to the partly roofed terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with a french bed and includes a shower, also benefiting from its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom offers 2 beds, making it well suited for guests sharing the space. A separate WC completes the bathroom facilities. The kitchenette is fully integrated into the layout, providing all the essentials for self-catering stays. The terrace, partially covered and furnished, extends the living space outdoors and can be accessed from multiple rooms within the bungalow.

The bungalow is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly required to respect this house rule throughout their stay. For safety purposes, the property is fitted with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. The terrace is partly roofed and comes with terrace furniture, offering a comfortable outdoor space regardless of weather conditions. This offer is made by a commercial proprietor in accordance with Art. 155, IV, CGI.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
