On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room with direct access to the terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchenette is also located on the ground floor, featuring 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. The ground floor bathroom consists of a shower, a WC, and a double hand-basin.
The upper floor hosts 3 additional bedrooms, all featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a distinctive character. 2 of these rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third room on this floor, which does not have a window, is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second bathroom with a shower and WC is also available on this floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
