This level includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also offers a kitchenette equipped with 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Wir sind eine stationäre Jugendhilfeeinrichtung und waren mit sieben Klient*innen im „Alten Schöpfwerk“. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Vermieterin sowie die ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht auf Kühe und Weiden.

Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit einigen Aspekten der Unterkunft: Es gab keine Schlüssel für Schlafzimmer oder Badezimmer, sondern lediglich Haustürschlüssel, was aus hygienischer und organisatorischer Sicht ungünstig ist. Zudem war die Hygiene durch die Vielzahl an Fliegen eine Herausforderung. Auch der Zustand von Matratzen, Decken und Kissen war problematisch, da deutliche gelbe Flecken vorhanden waren.

Insgesamt vergeben wir für das „Alte Schöpfwerk“ zwei Sterne. Für eine Ferienfreizeit mit Klient*innen würden wir die Unterkunft nicht erneut wählen, bedanken uns jedoch herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren für unseren Aufenthalt passend und gut aufgeteilt. Auch wenn es aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht finden wir es nicht angemessen ein kleines Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ohne Fenster als Schlafzimmer anzubieten.
Die Vermieterin war freundlich, ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt zusammengewürfelt und größtenteils sehr abgewohnt (besonders auffällig bei den meisten Polstermöbeln und Matratzen). In der Garage findet man mehrere Grills, allerdings konnten wir keine Zange oder ähnliches finden und mussten beim Grillen improvisieren. Info: Neben Handtüchern für den persönlichen Bedarf müssen auch jegliche Spülschwämme, Lappen und Geschirrtücher selber mitgebracht werden.
Die Toiletten schienen sauber, die restliche Umgebung hat dringend einen ordentlichen Grundputz nötig: Spinnweben sowie einige Spinnen unter den Stühlen, neben dem Nachtschrank und in jeder Ecke, Insekteneier am Kopfkissen, tote Insekten auf und unter der Matratze, dicke klebrige Fett-Staubschicht auf Küchenschränken, einige Ecken (z.B. hinter der Tür) weisen größeren Schmutz auf.
Bezüglich der Lage hätten wir selber besser recherchieren sollen, denn ohne Auto ist direkt von der Unterkunft aus nichts möglich. Die nächstgelegenen Orte bieten zwar Zugang zu kleinen Häfen aber etwas was man als Strand bezeichnen kann benötigt längere Anfahrt.
Auf dem Gelände war ausreichend Platz um Federball zu spielen, zu grillen und sich hinzusetzen.

Wir, eine Gruppe von Menschen mit Handicaps und die Betreuer, haben unseren Urlaub in den Ferienhäusern 2 und 3 am Alten Schöpfwerk sehr genossen. Obwohl die Ausstattung ein wenig spartanisch ist, hat uns die Umgebung und das Flair des Objektes gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
