The living/dining room is beautifully and rustically furnished, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and air conditioning. There is an exit leading to the terrace from this area. There are two rooms, each equipped with a french bed (150 cm) and air conditioning. Another room has two beds and air conditioning. The kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table. There is also an exit to the terrace from the kitchen. On the lower ground floor, you will find another room with two beds and a shower/WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
