"Xarmada Cecilia" is a 4-room terraced house of 110 m2 spread across 3 levels, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance level welcomes you with a practical entrance hall featuring a separate WC. On the upper floor, you will find a bright and inviting living and dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, intended for decorative purposes only, as well as a dining table and access to the terrace. The kitchen on this same level is fully equipped and also benefits from a private exit to the patio. On the 2nd upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 well-appointed rooms. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC, along with a direct exit to the terrace. The second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 205 cm in length, also with its own exit to the terrace. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds of 80 cm in width and 195 cm in length accommodating 2 guests, as well as 1 pull-out bed for 1 additional person, and is served by a bathroom with bath and WC.
