There is an exit leading to the terrace from the kitchen area, as well as a separate guest toilet. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm), and the other with a French bed (160 cm). Additionally, there is a shower room, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
