On the ground floor, the main living and dining room features a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV, with direct access to both the garden and the veranda. A separate smaller living room with its own veranda and dining table also provides access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room and a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. The kitchen is fully equipped and situated on this level as well. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms feature sloping ceilings, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fourth bedroom on the upper floor also features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with both bath and shower, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC. Throughout the property, flooring varies between warm wooden surfaces, natural stone, and carpet, adding character and texture to each room.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
