A separate smaller living room with its own veranda and dining table also provides access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room and a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. The kitchen is fully equipped and situated on this level as well. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms feature sloping ceilings, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fourth bedroom on the upper floor also features sloping ceilings and is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with both bath and shower, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC.
