A terrace is accessible from this level, positioned to face south and ideal for outdoor relaxation. On the upper floor, a secondary living area with charming sloping ceilings adds character and additional space for guests. This floor also houses 3 bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room with WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms across the property to 2.

A smoke alarm is installed in the property for the safety of all guests. Laundry arrangements for bed linen and towels are to be made by guests at their own expense and organisation.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
