The open kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining table, also with access to the garden. Also on this level, 1 bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a shower room with WC.

The upper floor features a generously sized living and sleeping room with sloping ceilings and a panoramic window, furnished with 1 double sofabed and a dining table, with access to the garden.
