On the ground floor, you will find a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining room equipped with a satellite TV and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, a 3-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for shared meals. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves both bedrooms on this floor.
