The apartment also benefits from 2 balconies totalling 10 m2, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding countryside.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
