In addition to the 2 bedrooms, the house includes a living and sleeping room equipped with 1 sofabed, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as an open-hearth fireplace that serves as a decorative feature. This versatile room also provides direct access to the outdoor terrace, seamlessly connecting the interior living space with the exterior. The bathroom is composed of 1 shower room with a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
