The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the same level. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep stair, you will find an open gallery with sloping ceilings featuring one bed measuring 90 cm (length 190 cm). There is also one small room with a French bed measuring 140 cm (length 190 cm) and air conditioning.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
