On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a wood-burning stove and air conditioning for year-round comfort, along with a satellite TV for entertainment. Adjacent to this space is a walk-through room housing 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, also equipped with air conditioning. The fully open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with 2 hot plates, 4 gas rings, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, making it ideal for preparing meals for the whole group. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities. A hallway with an internal staircase leads to the upper floor and can be accessed either through bedroom no. 1 or via a separate external entrance. On the upper floor, 4 additional rooms provide generous sleeping arrangements. The first of these rooms contains 2 beds and air conditioning, while the second features 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm with a length of 200 cm and 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm. The third room on this level offers 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm with a length of 200 cm and 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, also fitted with air conditioning. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC, as well as a separate WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
