A dining room and a small lounge with a flat-screen television are also situated on this level, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, you will find all 7 bedrooms arranged as follows. The first bedroom contains 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
