Guests are kindly reminded that the property operates on a non-smokers only basis, and smoking is not permitted anywhere within the accommodation. Please be aware that the final cleaning of the kitchenette is to be arranged independently by guests as part of their own arrangements upon departure.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
